FULL MOON DRUMMING CIRCLE

ROSE N DAVID'S
TO BE ANNOUNCED
Full moon falls on a Wed and I am not sure yet if we will celebrate before or after. It will depend on weather. I would love to make this my bon voyage gathering. I have had a number of people want to wish me well and send me off with love packed in my heart for the journey ahead. Although it would be wonderful to have one-on-one time with everyone, I can see that I have already booked my social time until I leave. Would love to celebrate with a crowd for our last drum circle of the year.

WILDFLOWER HABITAT PROJECT
MOON CIRCLE
TUES. 7:30-SUNSET

http://www.hummingbirdhorizons.com/WildflowerProject.htm
We have a lot to do down at the site to clean up after last year's fire. Carol Ostrom is also volunteering some plants from her yard once the ditch gets flowing. This is the best place to watch the sun set and gather together to honor and support the healing of mother earth.

YOGA BEGINNINGS
(suggested donation $10)
JESSICA AUMAN
EMPIRE GRANGE
TUES. EVENINGS 6PM-7PM
The Grange 2306 W. Mulberry St. Fort Collins, CO 80521
“Knowing how much my own personal daily practice of meditation and movement has helped me, I incorporate both into my classes.”
Jessica’s classes are generally taught as “Slow Flow Vinyasa” emphasizing breath awareness, alignment, and focus. Postures flow into one another with slow conscious movement based on the breath. This union of breath to movement releases and moves energy blockages in the body. Classes sometimes end with an optional seated meditation. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.
